I just saw the entire film last week for the first time at a Los Angeles Film Festival. It's a great ride!
The director Jesse Griffiths has done a superb job and I am happy to have been nominated best actor.

Thanks for helping this old guy with the permit issue. My brother and I were just about to start our remodel. We are now in the process of getting a permit. Not so bad. so far?

one more thing if you don't mind. Do I really need a structural engineer to advise me on a wall I want to remove? How do I know if its load bearing or not. Funds are tight.
